Reactionary

This isn’t the first time this has happened with this WordPress for iPod program. Beyond annoying. It’s not like it was this word of art, mind you, but I hate to waste time. I wrote it yesterday over lunch of gnocchi di semola. Those of you who know me know how much I hate to waste time. It was a rather poorly written post (as most are, especially when written on the iPod rather than computer) meant to make my furture self deathly jealous of my current self.

Yesterday consisted of too many good things in one day. Argentina avoided the unthinkable by qualifying for the World Cup a yesterday was the day everyone collectively breathed a sigh of relief. I’m in a cafe right now and the guys next to me are dissecting everything probably for the fifth time.

Yesterday I also shopped and may have scored a great deal. I have to go back today and see if it was dropped off. AND yesterday I went to the spa for a facial and massage. I got home yesterday and had a glass of wine and was completely stress-free. And it cost me only 76 US dollars. At my spa at home, I would have paid that for just a massage. This is ridiculous. I was so relaxed yesterday that I didn’t even journal and I even forgot I hadn’t journaled. When I’m on vacation, I try to journal every day.

Oh, yeah, I came home yesterday to an immaculate apartment. Maid service. Life in Philadelphia sucks.
