The Trouble With Time Travel
So what was that latest Lost episode all about? I get confused when people mess with time travel since I don’t see how it could exist, I have a hard time keeping track of people, places, and things in a jumbled chronology and I can’t help thinking of it as a cop out as far as story is concerned. (Wow, that was a run on sentence.)
I’m haven’t been particularly happy with the way the show has been going since I feel it’s gotten too complicated for its own good. It’s a far cry from its spectacular first season which is easily the best year of TV ever. The mystery is gone and now it’s more like mystery for confusion. Consider me confused, somewhat bored, but hooked. I have to watch it now just to see how it ends. And hopefully it’ll come together at the end (though I doubt it since I’ve become convinced the writers don’t know what they’re doing now) but I still hate the time travel. It’s so… argh… fake.
Iron Chef is so way better, no matter what the Village Voice says.
