Paella
This is the rice base being done and the just-cooked scallops. The shrimp and mussels were on the other counter. I meant to take a picture of it when it was all done but forgot and then at the party I had too much to drink too fast and forgot again. Someone else took a picture of it. I’ve asked her to e-mail me a copy. It turned out to be totally awesome. My apartment still smells like it and probably will for days.
