Another Weekend
And another Off the Record column by Matt McGee that makes me just fall in awe at his feet in thanks. The backlash of ingratitude and attitude people are directing at the world’s Last and Greatest rock band has both wounded, enraged, and confused me. Thank you to Matt (AGAIN) for a much-needed viewpoint in the world of U2 fansites which I think too many have done too little. I can’t even say anything else because Matt already said it in a way that would be much more articulate and nicer than the way in which I’d have said it. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
And THANK YOU to U2 for the first leg, for their talent, for their light, and their generosity. There will never be another, you whining people realize that, right?
